MCP server
Connect any AI agent to Genfeed.
Draft, schedule and measure content through your AI client. Claude uses your brands and existing assets; create images, video and audio in Genfeed Studio. Other clients can also generate through MCP.
Setup
One server. Any client.
Add Genfeed to your client and approve access in your browser. No API key is required. Need more detail? Read the OAuth setup guide. For the CLI, run genfeed login and approve in the browser — do not paste a secret.
Claude Code setup
HTTP transport-
01
Add the MCP server
Registers the Claude connector in user scope with browser OAuth. Use brands, drafts, scheduling and analytics here; create media in Genfeed Studio.
claude mcp add --transport http genfeed --scope user https://mcp.genfeed.ai/mcp/claude -
02
Authorize and verify
Open
/mcpin Claude Code, select genfeed, and sign in. Then ask it to list your Genfeed brands.
Claude and Cowork setup
Add a custom connector in Claude with the URL below and complete browser OAuth. Use it for brands, drafts, scheduling and analytics. Create images, video and audio in Genfeed Studio. Reconnect existing installations with this URL. Genfeed is not yet listed in the public Claude directory.
https://mcp.genfeed.ai/mcp/claude
Codex setup
CLI and IDE config-
01
Add the MCP server
The CLI and IDE share
~/.codex/config.toml. No bearer-token variable needed.codex mcp add genfeed --url https://mcp.genfeed.ai/mcp -
02
Authorize and verify
If browser authorization did not open during setup, run this. Approve access, then ask Codex to list your Genfeed brands.
codex mcp login genfeed
Muse & Grok Bot
Chat-built connector-
01
Paste this prompt
Meta Muse and Grok Bot can build their own MCP connector directly from a chat prompt.
Add Genfeed as a custom connector. MCP server URL: https://mcp.genfeed.ai/mcp Transport: remote Streamable HTTP Authentication: OAuth. Send me the sign-in link and wait while I approve access in my browser. Never ask me for a password, token, or API key in this chat. After I approve, list my Genfeed brands to confirm the connection works. Before publishing anything, show me the draft and wait for my approval. -
02
Approve in your browser
Approve the sign-in link it sends back. Never share a password, token, or API key in the chat.
Other MCP clients
ChatGPT, Cursor, Gemini-
01
Add this server configuration
Paste this into your client's remote MCP server settings.
{ "transport": "streamable-http", "url": "https://mcp.genfeed.ai/mcp" } -
02
Authorize and verify
Add this endpoint as a remote Streamable HTTP server in your client, choose OAuth, and complete browser sign-in and consent. If your client does not support OAuth, use the advanced manual-key path. Then ask your agent to list your Genfeed brands.

Give this to a local shell agent
Drop this into Claude Code, Codex, or another local agent with shell access. It installs the playbook for your selected client, configures Genfeed, starts browser authorization, and verifies access with read-only calls.
For non-Claude clients only, run this command and select your client. Skip it if a Genfeed plugin already includes the playbook. Claude Code uses the dedicated Genfeed plugin; other Claude clients connect with OAuth. Do not install this skills bundle into any Claude client. Skills alone do not connect or authenticate MCP.
npx skills add genfeedai/agentSet up the Genfeed MCP server on this machine, with its agent playbook, for the local agent I am using. Endpoint: https://mcp.genfeed.ai/mcp Claude endpoint: https://mcp.genfeed.ai/mcp/claude (use this for every Claude client). Claude supports brands, drafts, scheduling and analytics. Create media in Genfeed Studio. Authentication: browser OAuth (no API key required) Setup reference: https://github.com/genfeedai/agent/blob/main/llms-install.md Do this end to end: 1. Inspect the selected client's existing Genfeed plugins, skills, and MCP configuration. Preserve unrelated configuration and use the existing Genfeed installation when present. Set up only this client; ask which client to use if you cannot identify it. 2. For Claude Code, install the dedicated content plugin with /plugin install genfeed --marketplace genfeedai/agent (Claude Code 2.1.275 or newer). For Claude chat, Desktop, Cowork and other Claude clients, skip playbook installation and connect through their supported OAuth flow instead. Never run skills add for any Claude client. For non-Claude clients, install the Genfeed playbook with npx skills add genfeedai/agent and select only the intended client in the installer. Skip this step if the playbook is already available through an installed Genfeed plugin, extension, or standalone skill. Installing skills alone does not configure or authenticate MCP. 3. If Genfeed MCP is not already configured, add the remote Streamable HTTP server for the selected client using browser authorization: - Only if the selected client is Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http genfeed --scope user https://mcp.genfeed.ai/mcp/claude - Only if the selected client is Codex: codex mcp add genfeed --url https://mcp.genfeed.ai/mcp - For Codex only, equivalent user-level ~/.codex/config.toml: [mcp_servers.genfeed] url = "https://mcp.genfeed.ai/mcp" For other clients, follow their supported remote MCP configuration. Claude and Cowork must use the Claude endpoint; other clients use the standard endpoint above. Do not duplicate a server provided by an installed plugin. 4. Only for Claude Code: Open /mcp inside Claude Code, select genfeed, and authenticate. Sign in and approve access in your browser, then return to Claude Code. Only for Codex: Run codex mcp login genfeed if authorization did not open during setup. Sign in and approve access in your browser, then return to Codex. For other clients, open their OAuth connection flow. Authenticate only the selected client. 5. Ask the user to complete consent in their browser. Never request tokens or passwords in this chat. If authorization is denied or expires, restart the client authorization flow. 6. Verify access with read-only get_account and get_brands calls (list my Genfeed brands); request only the profile section from get_account. A copied command, registered plugin source, or server list entry alone does not verify authorization. 7. Do not generate content, schedule, publish, or resolve approvals during setup. Report skill installation, MCP configuration, and authenticated verification separately, including any remaining user step. Claude requires OAuth. If another client does not support OAuth, direct its user to Genfeed's guided setup for the advanced manual-key path. Guided connection flow: https://app.genfeed.ai/connect For the Genfeed CLI, only if requested separately, run genfeed login with no flags. The human approves in the browser. Do not paste a secret into this chat. -

Complete sign-in in your browser
You approve access yourself. Copying this prompt does not authorize your client.
Advanced: limit which toolsets load
For the standard connector only; Claude has a fixed catalog and does not accept these selectors. Narrow tools/list to just the toolsets your agent needs. Leave everything unchecked for the default profile on the bare URL, or add ?profile=full for every tool.
